What happens once I accept my estimate?
Please note: Due to unprecedented winter storms and 2020 shortages, material quoted may changed and may cause price quoted to be changed.
Can I request a certain date/time frame?
You certainly can! We will try our best to accommodate but we cannot make promises. If you do have a date specifically needed or within a certain time frame, we do need to know immediately and it is best to present that information as soon as possible
Will I know that you are coming out?
Absolutely! We actually will not perform landscape work without confirming a date with the customer first. Once that time has come, we will touch base with you via email to offer a date for scheduling. Once you confirm receipt, we can reserve that date for you, weather permitting.
Can I make changes to the job once I accept the estimate
Sure can! If any major revisions are made we charge $60 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. If a drawing, sketch, design, outline, or mapping out a plot plan is requested, we charge $85 per hour with a 1 hour minimum.
If changes are made at the time of the work being performed a change order estimate will be sent to be accepted. Changes the day of work being performed may cause the work to be rescheduled to a different date and price to change.
Cancellations
We ask that if you need to cancel to please give at least a 1-2 week notice. This helps us fill in that spot for someone else waiting and to cancel time sensitive orders, such as sod.
If weather or conditions caused by the weather, prevent us from being able to perform the work on the proposed date, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If we arrive on the property and are unable to perform work due to a last minute cancellation or request to reschedule by the homeowner without prior notice, there is a $120 dispatch fee plus the cost of any live material that can not be redistributed such as sod.
