Online Estimates– Estimates provided through our website are based on client-submitted measurements and mapping tools. If Leapfrog Landcare determines that measurements are inaccurate, we reserve the right to perform an on-site inspection. An updated estimate reflecting corrected measurements and pricing will be sent for client review and approval before work begins.
Cancellation Fee– We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of a full or partial job scheduled in advance. If a crew has been dispatched to the job site, the authorizing party may be assessed a mobilization fee of $50 for incurred expenses.
Billing & Payment Policy– Autopay with a card on file is required. Invoices will be sent via email after services are completed unless otherwise noted. Payment will be automatically drafted within 1 week of service.
Past-due invoices will accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% per annum) with a $5 minimum. Accounts 30+ days past due will be paused, and further services will not be performed until the account is current. Prepayment may be required to restart services.
